Beloved local restaurant Table 34 is now under the ownership and operation of Batch Hospitality, a new company formed by local restaurateurs Evan Glusman and Constantin Alexander. It closed over the Thanksgiving holiday and will reopen on December 5 with an updated design. The new version will feature an expanded bar with white granite countertops and a refreshed menu built on the restaurant’s reputation for farm-to-table cuisine. Clique Hospitality has announced new additions to the upcoming Proper Eats food hall at Aria. Ramen shop Laughing Buddha, sweets spot Easy Donuts and the centrally located Proper Bar are all concepts created by Clique and designed to join Seoul Bird, Wexler’s Deli, Shalom Y’all, Pizzaoki and the other venues at Proper Eats this winter.

Flight Club Las Vegas has opened at the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian. The 16,000-square-foot destination offers 20 semi-private oches with traditional oak dartboards, a 27-seat carousel bar, social gaming options and extensive food and drink menus. A sophisticated cocktail program from bartender Peter Vestinos highlights botanical ingredients, and a happy hour menu is available Monday through Friday from 4 until 6 p.m. Flight Club is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. until midnight, and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until 2 a.m.

Detroit-based Jet’s Pizza has opened its first Nevada location at 1321 W. Sunset Road #120 near Sunset Station and the Galleria mall. It offers the full complement of Jet’s signature pizzas, calzone-style Deli Boats, Turbo Breadstix, salads, wings, cookies and more. The chain started in the Midwest in 1978 and now has more than 400 locations in 20 states. Jet’s Pizza is open Sunday from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m., Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. until 11 p.m.

Fatburger has opened a new location inside Sapphire Las Vegas gentleman’s club, serving a full breakfast menu along with its trademark burgers, fries, chicken wings and milkshakes. It’s open Thursday through Sunday from 10 p.m. until late.

Celebrity chefs Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Michael Mina will host special fine dining experiences at their Bellagio and Aria restaurants Prime Steakhouse, Jean Georges Steakhouse and Bardot Brasserie on December 1-3. Ticket prices vary from $750 to $1,000, and reservations can be made by calling 702-693-8484 (Prime) or 702-590-8660 (JG) or 702-590-8610 (Bardot).

UnCommons will welcome Mercadito, a Cuban bodega, with a grand opening on December 1. Starting at 11 a.m., the celebration will feature free sandwiches, drawings for prizes and more. The 1,000-square-foot market will offer personal items, unique novelties and Cuban staples such as cold and hot pressed sandwiches, empanadas, pastries and more. It will be open daily from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Gaetano’s in Henderson will host importer and sommelier Roland Herrmann from Maisons Marques & Domaines for a five-course paired wine dinner on December 2 at 7 p.m. Tickets are priced at $150 and reservations can be made by calling 702-361-1661 or writing to [email protected].

WingZone on Craig Road in North Las Vegas will be hosting nine players from the new Las Vegas Desert Dogs lacrosse team for a wing-eating contest on December 2 at 7 p.m. The players will be speed-tasting flights of wings in varying flavors from mild to Nuclear Habanero and Mango Fire.

Jaleo at the Cosmopolitan will host a special dinner in partnership with Lustau Sherry on December 4 with seatings at 5 and 7:30 p.m. Guests will enjoy the flavors of Spain with a five-course dinner from head chef Justin DePhillips plus Sherry wines chose by Steven Dragun of Lustau in Jaleo’s Biblioteca Room. Tickets cost $150, and reservations can be made by calling 702-698-7950.

The Nevada Craft Brewers Association will present Brew Festivus on December 10 at 1 p.m. at Downtown Summerlin, a local beer tasting with proceeds benefitting the NCBA and Three Square Food Bank. Tickets range from $50 to $85, with more info available through Eventbrite or at nvbeer.com.

There’s a lot going on at Ferraro’s Ristorante these days. The local Italian favorite recently unveiled new seasonal dishes now available on the dinner menu, including prime beef tartare with black truffle, red snapper crudo with mint and pistachio, potato gnocchi with pancetta and porcini mushrooms and Acquerello risotto with house-made spicy sausage and saffron mascarpone. On December 15 at 6 p.m., Ferraro’s latest Taste & Learn event will spotlight wines from the Poggio al Tesoro and Brancaia wineries located in the Bolgheri and Siena regions of Tuscany. Tickets cost $110, and reservations are available by calling 702-364-5300. And on Christmas Eve, the annual Feast of the Seven Fishes dinner returns, a five-course seafood menu for $125. Reservations for the December 24 event, when Ferraro’s will be open from 4 until 10 p.m., are also available by phone.

Ada’s Wine Bar at Tivoli Village will host a five-course wine dinner also with Herrmann on December 15 at 6:30 p.m. Paired dishes from chef de cuisine Jackson Stamper and sous chef Mick Skarda will be served along with wines from around the world, with tickets set at $180 available at adaslv.com.

138° in Henderson is now offering brunch service Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Chef Matt Meyer’s brunch menu includes King Salmon lox with chive Hollandaise and black caviar, Korean spicy pork bulgogi and egg, breakfast pupusas, a 16-ounce Perigo Ranch New York strip steak and eggs, roasted pumpkin waffles with sweet cream and birria or salmon street tacos.
