The 2022 WNBA champion Las Vegas Aces wasted no time getting to the celebrations, checking in at Drai’s Nightclub at the Cromwell Sunday night, September 18, after defeating the Connecticut Sun at Mohegan Sun Arena in Connecticut earlier that day. Members of the team joined the night’s headliner E-40 onstage to party, dance and toast the first major league championship in the history of Las Vegas sports. Then on Monday night, September 19, the Aces partied at Tao Group’s Jewel Nightclub at Aria, posing for photos in front of the LED staircase at the entrance while fans cheered for the champions before a grand entrance including lights, signs and confetti, and a remixed version of their game-day hype song, “Knuck If You Buck.”

With the Life Is Beautiful festival, the Raiders home opener at Allegiant Stadium and Mexican Independence Day concerts packing the city with Vegas visitors looking for live entertainment, last weekend was one of the biggest and craziest we’ve seen in a while. One show that refused to get lost in the shuffle was the Road to Utopia residency debut from Travis Scott, who brought the house down at Zouk Nightclub at Resorts World on September 17. He took to the crowd to perform “Sicko Mode,” hyping up everyone in the room including celeb guests Michael B. Jordan and Lil Baby. After his set, he hung with DJ Chase B in the booth into the wee hours. Scott returns to Zouk on October 15.

Speaking of Zouk Group fun, NFL star Rob Gronkowski’s Family Reunion is set to take place October 1-2 at Resorts World, with various activations at Zouk, RedTail and other venues. Wynn Nightlife resident DJ Marshmello has teamed with ESPN’s Monday Night Football for a season-long collaboration that includes a new remix of theme song “Heavy Action” and a ‘mello-crafted soundtrack to all the weekly promotional spots for MNF. “Working with ESPN is a dream come true as Monday Night Football and the NFL have been a part of my life ever since I can remember,” the masked DJ said in a statement. “Having the opportunity to put my own spin on an iconic song that NFL fans everywhere recognize was an amazing opportunity.”
