I'm 32 and I've been at the Griffin for 9 years as of this Thanksgiving. That's my work anniversary, so I make sure to work that shift every year and give everyone else the night off. Feel free to bring me leftovers!

I've been the general manager for a little over 2 years now. It's been a wild ride, especially given the specific challenges of this year, but I think we've made the best of it. We're open 7 days a week (pending a shut-down) from 5 p.m. -2 a.m. on weekdays and until 3 a.m. on weekends.

I named our featured cocktail "How bout' dem Apples." It's a quote from Good Will Hunting, after Matt Damon's character gets Minnie Driver’s phone number after embarrassing that Harvard guy in retaliation for trying to make Ben Affleck look dumb. I hope that made sense, I feel like everyone should know what I’m talking about. That movie is super famous.

If you can’t make it to The Griffin, visit any of the below retailers to pick up a bottle of Old Forester to try out the recipe at home!
