About the drink: Growing up during the holidays, cooking was always a part of Brandon’s favorite past times. It was a sensory overload of good food, drinks and family drama. The flavors of warm baked spices, dark chocolate and tangerine oranges still flood his memories and signal that indeed, the holidays were here. He wanted to give homage to those wonderful memories that he took for granted while in his youth.
About the creator: Brandon Michael is a local Las Vegas bartender who has diverse work experience and takes pride in his speed, quality and accuracy in everything he sends out from the bar. In 2012, he got a break as a bartender in Portland Oregon’s Fashion Week. A few years later, he was given a copy of Death & Co that he credits for changing his professional life forever. He was hooked on being a bartender. Over ten years later, he is still working happily behind the bar. Creating delicious cocktails, stretching his creative energy and making impactful moments is what he loves about being in the service industry.
