Guy Savoy's Fifth Anniversary

How can it be five years of fine dining already since top French celebrity Chef Guy Savoy opened his self-named institution at Caesars Palace? He’s celebrating this spring having racked up an impressive collection of accolades, including Best of the Best by the prestigious Robb Report. Our sister publication Las Vegas Weekly awarded him Best Wine List honors, and Travel & Leisure named Guy Savoy “one of the best new restaurants in the world.”

Guy was impressed most of all winning the coveted three Michelin Stars, widely recognized as the pinnacle in culinary achievement. Gary Selesner, Caesars Palace president, praised the milestone: “We are proud to be home to one of the best chefs in the world. Guy and his team have an exquisite vision they execute night after night, hence the plethora of awards and worldwide adulation. It is an honor to work side by side with such a talented team.”

Guy and his kitchen crew simply amaze guests with ever-evolving seasonal menus, one of seven distinct menus including the decadent 11-course Prestige menu.

*The new season of Sunday soirees known as the after-dark night swim at XS at Steve Wynn’s Encore begins anew May 22 with the electronic music duo Manufactured Superstars providing the aquatic sounds. The grand opening with Deadmau5 is Memorial Day Weekend.

*Congratulations to Vdara at MGM’s CityCenter on winning a prestigious AAA Four Diamond Award, the hotel’s first AAA Rating.
