Sexy bombshell actress and model Carmen Electra celebrated her belated 40th birthday (she turned the Big 4-0 on April 20) at Crazy Horse III Gentlemen’s Club and Posh Boutique Nightclub on Saturday night.

The Las Vegas regular -- a previous guest star in “Crazy Horse Paris” at MGM Grand -- entered the adult playground in a form-fitting dress by Single and sky-high Christian Louboutin stilettos and held court with friends, fans and revelers.

The crowd went wild when Electra walked to her VIP booth, which was adorned with two-dozen long-stem pink roses and Dom Perignon. The gorgeous Playboy Playmate was all smiles and showed off her dances moves to the crowd.

The former “Baywatch” babe was presented with a three-tier birthday cake with a Coca-Cola theme, a favorite of Electra’s. Thanks to Jeff Bottari of WireImage for his Electra-fying photo gallery and to Richard Corey for his video posted on YouTube.
