UNLVino It’s the 40th anniversary of the city’s original wine and spirits festival—and a great time to revisit the event. Thursday offers the Bar-B-Q at Caesars Palace’s pool with celeb chefs and cocktails galore, Friday brings the Champagne-centric Bubble-Licious to the Venetian, and Saturday’s Grand Tasting honors the event’s creators at the Ruvo Center.
