The summer is coming to a close even though the thermometer holds steady at 100 degrees. That can only mean one thing: it’s time for one more big party weekend before the pools begin to wrap up their seasons.

In addition to blowout pool parties, all the area nightclubs, concert and comedy venues will pull out all the stops with top names like Paul Oakenfold, Kaskade, Tony Bennett, Dee Snider and P. Diddy. Read on to plan your ultimate Labor Day weekend.

Thursday, Aug. 30:

Las Vegas Weekly's Nightlife Issue Party: Join the crew from Las Vegas Weekly to celebrate the Nightlife Issue in style at The Bank at Bellagio. Enjoy music from DJ Ikon and a hosted bar by Stoli Elit Vodka, while supplies last. Please RSVP here.

Gigolos premiere party: The cast of the TV series Gigolos hosts the Las Vegas premiere, sponsored by Kah Tequila, welcoming in the third season at Vince Neil’s Girls Girls Girls Gentleman’s Club. The 10-episode unscripted show welcomes back series favorites Nick, Vin, Brace and Steven plus newcomer Ash.

ATB: German DJ ATB spins at Tao. With almost 15 years in the business, he's sure to play the beats to get the crowd on its feet.

Friday, Aug. 31:

Xyience presents Xen Art: Xyience presents Xen Art, an art show and red carpet reception at the Amanda Harris Gallery of Contemporary Art at the Lady Silvia. The event is hosted by Dan "The Outlaw" Hardy and features artwork from UFC fighters Hardy and Mac Danzig, Octagon girl Brittney Palmer and MMA photographer Tracy Lee. Fans can vote on the winner of the XenArt contest at the Xyience FB page. Sample new Xenergy flavors Melon Mayhem and Tangerine Twister and mingle with Xyience spokesmodel Amanda Corey.

LDW specials at PBR Rock Bar: Throughout the holiday weekend, patrons can enjoy a 15 percent discount on PBR Rock Bar & Grill’s decadent barbecue selections, such as the Barbecue Burger, Ultimate Barbecue Chicken Quesadilla, and Memphis Style Barbecue Pork Sandwich. Drink specials include $19 Budweiser buckets.

LDW specials at Ranch House Kitchen: Guests can simplify their holiday BBQ plans with the Family Platter which includes a full rack or ribs, a pound of brisket, a pound of pulled pork and three large sides. The feast is priced at $39.95. Plus, guests who dine in can enjoy 20 percent off all barbecue menu selections throughout the weekend.

Brittney Palmer: Model, television personality and UFC ring girl, Brittney Palmer, hosts the party at Chateau. The Las Vegas native was recently featured on the cover of Playboy magazine.

Z-Trip: Summer Camp Fridays at the Hard Rock Pool features music from Z-Trip, Richard Beynon and MisterE.

LDW specials at T&T: For the long weekend, Tacos and Tequila will offer their happy hour specials from 2 to 6 p.m. The specials will feature half-off starters including guacamole, queso fundido, nachos, quesadillas, chicken tamales and more. Guests can enjoy $5 Dos Equis, Jose Cuervo shots, well drinks, sangria and house wine. The restaurant also will offer a bottle of Dos Equis Lager and a shot of Patron for $10. In addition to the happy hour specials, T&T will offer mariachi brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. On Friday and Saturday night, DJ Larry Lynx will spin at the Mexican restaurant from 8 p.m. to close.

LDW specials at Señor Frog’s: Señor Frog’s Las Vegas at Treasure Island offers buy-one-get-one specials on all well drinks and margaritas, buckets of five domestic beers for $25, half-priced appetizers and entertainment from 3-6 p.m. through Monday. DJ Sinatra: The Bank presents guest DJ Sinatra. The Brooklyn-born DJ has spun at gigs around the world and now tries his luck in Vegas.

DJ Bamboozle: Bare dives into the weekend with a special guest DJ set from the NBA's favorite, DJ Bamboozle.

White Party: You supposedly can't wear white after Labor Day, so you'd better live it up while you still can at Krave's White Party. Wear your white underwear for free admission before 12:30 a.m. Enjoy special drag queen performances by the crew from Drink & Drag throughout the night plus an open bar from 10-11 p.m. with a text at the door. Attack Fridays: Don't just go clubbing, attack your weekend with resident DJ M!keattack at Rain Nightclub.

Porter Robinson: EDM “wunderkind” Porter Robinson may not be old enough to drink at Surrender but he’ll share the stage with Steve Aoki at Aoki’s House.

Cedric Gervais: Ultra Records recording artist and EDM specialist Cedric Gervais headlines at Marquee Dayclub along with 3lau.

Avicii: Grammy-nominated Swedish DJ and producer Avicii spins at Marquee Nightclub. Catch him the next day poolside at Marquee Dayclub.

Rev Run and DJ Ruckus: Legendary hip-hopper Rev Run performs at Vanity Nightclub at the Hard Rock along with his frequent collaborator DJ Ruckus.

Tiësto: The Dutch DJ and producer is riding high on the success of his recent album Club Life — Volume One Las Vegas and now brings the the party to XS Nightclub at Encore.

Tyga: Rapper Tyga will be performing live at 1 Oak at the Mirage. He'll sure to be performing hits off his album, No Introduction.

Afrojack: Tryst Nightclub at Wynn presents Afrojack. The DJ was named “The World’s Next Top DJ” by Mixmag, brings his chart toppers like “Take Over Control,” “No Beef” and “Can’t Stop Me” to the Wynn nightclub.

Bingo Players: Dutch house and electronica duo Bingo Players spins at Encore Beach Club.

Boys Noize: Boys Noize, aka German DJ/producer Alexander Ridha, spins at Haze. The Skrillex collaborator has been quickly rising in the ranks with his popular remixes.

Sky Blu: Sky Blu, one half of the Party Rock duo LMFAO, brings his "Who Came to Party" event to Pure Nightclub.

Busta Rhymes: The rapper/actor who got his alias from Public Enemy’s Chuck D returns to Vegas to host the evening at Tao.

Gareth Emery: Maxim Fridays presents music from Gareth Emery plus the Maxim Beautify America finals.

Nik Richie: TheDirty.com's Nik Richie, husband of actress Shayne Lamas, hosts at LAX Nightclub at Luxor. Guests should be on their best behavior or face the chance of showing up the next day on his gossip website.

La Freak Fridays with Redfoo: The LMFAO DJ brought his signature style to Marquee with his monthly Party Rock Monday residency — complete with foam fingers and inflatable zebras. Now he's bringing the party to Lavo with La Freak Fridays.

Boris and The Martinez Brothers: DJ Boris got his start in St. Petersberg before moving on to the NYC clubs. He brings the European vibe to Vegas when he spins poolside at Wet Republic along with The Martinez Brothers.

Metal King and the Monsters of Rock: Metal King and the Monsters of Rock (formerly known as Metal Elvis) will perform two shows each night on Friday and Saturday, featuring different playlists at the 9 and 11 p.m. shows. Admission is free with a two-drink minimum. You know you want to hear a mashup of “Don’t Be Cruel" and "Sweet Child O’ Mine.”

Saturday, Sept. 1:

Kandy Vegas pool parties: The Nectar Music Festival presents performances by Ibiza Residents and also plays host to the Miss Kandy Contest Preliminaries. Meanwhile, Breathe Pool Lounge features an eclectic lineup that includes Jimi Handtrix, The Beatmobb, Spacebyrdz and Teen Wolf during the day and Danny Love and Masterbeaters once the sun goes down. At the Paradise Pool, visit the epicenter of Kandy action with the official Kandy Vegas weekend main event kicking off at 9 p.m. featuring a performance by Chris Brown plus music from Richard Beynon, Loczi and Steve Castro.

Pauly D: Vanity Nightclub features celebrity DJ Pauly D who'll spin top-40 hits along with Joseph Gettright and Loczi.

Kandy After Hours: Body English at the Hard Rock opens its doors in honor of one of the busiest weekends in town when it hosts Kandy After Hours. On Saturday and Sunday nights, revelers can dance to the sounds of Zen Freeman, Caroline D’Amore, DJ Franzen, Stellar, Loczi, Spinderella and Cubeechee. The party starts at 2 a.m. and goes until sunrise.

DJ R.O.B.: The pool will be open all day from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. with $5 food and drink specials and the music of DJ R.O.B. spinning starting at noon. Admission is free for locals.

Smokey Robinson: Legendary soul and R&B performer Smokey Robinson will be performing live at The Star of the Desert Arena in Primm. Look forward to hits like “You’ve Really Got a Hold on Me” and “I Second That Emotion.”

Wine Walk: The Village, Lake Las Vegas hosts a Wine Walk to benefit New Vista Community. Enjoy an evening of sampling up to 20 different wines live music.

311 & Slightly Stoopid: Get "All Mixed Up" with 311 and Slightly Stoopid at the Unity Tour 2012 at Mandalay Bay Beach.

Ron White: Best known as the cigar smoking, scotch drinking funnyman from the Blue Collar Comedy Tour, White will perform his hilarious stand-up comedy inside the Terry Fator Theatre at the Mirage.

LDW pool party: The Stratosphere offers a two-day Labor Day Weekend pool party featuring food and drink specials and DJ entertainment from noon until 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Enjoy the All American Picnic Box featuring a quarter-pound bacon cheeseburger, an all-beef hot dog, corn on the cob, chili-roasted potato salad and a watermelon slice for $11 plus a variety of $6 cocktails. Randy Couture: Five-time World Champion Mixed Martial Arts fighter Randy “The Natural” Couture, visits Las Vegas Fight Shop inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood for a meet and greet and autograph signing.

Travie McCoy at Pure: Travie McCoy of the Gym Class Heroes performs at Pure. Look forward to hearing tracks like "Billionaire."

Ice-T and Coco: Ice Loves Coco stars Ice-T and Coco Austin will host the party at LAX. Everybody will be lining up to see what Coco, known for her Thong Thursday Twitpics, will wear.

Luciano: The resident DJ of Ibiza’s infamous Cadenza Vagabundos party, brings some European flair to the pool at Wet Republic.

Dee Snider: If you find yourself screaming, "I Wanna Rock" this LDW, head downtown to the Fremont Street Experience for the Rock of Vegas concert series featuring Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider.

Roger Sanchez: The house music DJ spins at Palms Pool Saturdays along with S.Co and Sebastien Drums.

DJ Reflex: Hollywood house and hip hop DJ Reflex spins at Lavo.

George Garcia: The New York native spins at Bare, the Strip’s original European-style bathing, adult-only pool. Don't forget your bathing suit, or at least half of it.

JKF of MSTRKRFT: JKF of Canadian electronic music duo MSTRKRFT spins at Liquid Pool.

DJ Jus Ske: 1 Oak brings The Big Apple to Vegas with its I Love NY party. This week, NY native, resident DJ Jus Ske spins.

Extreme Midget Wrestling Federation: The Riviera presents the Extreme Midget Wrestling Federation. Enjoy 8 matches plus an autograph signing, in-ring entertainment and character acts.

Sunday, Sept. 2:

Pauly D: Rehab Sundays features the one and only DJ Pauly D, along with Eric D-Lux, Shift and Wellman. Meanwhile, over at Breathe Pool Lounge, enjoy sounds by Coup De Grace and Jimi Handtrix by day and Joseph Gettright by night.

Paul Oakenfold at Kandy After Hours: Kandy After Hours continues with music from the legendary Paul Oakenfold. Other DJs include Manuel de la Mare, Richard Beynon, DJ Shift, Cyberkid and Steve Castro. Doors open at 2 a.m.

Chico DeBarge: Head to the pool as early as 9 a.m. and stay until the evening for a concert by R&B artist Chico DeBarge with special guest Barry Black & The Senzuals. Enjoy food and drink specials all day and the concert begins at 7 p.m.

Tedeschi Trucks Band and B.B. King: After earning a Grammy for debut album, Revelator, the Tedeschi Trucks Band is touring and recording its first live album. Led by the dynamic husband-wife team of singer-guitarist Susan Tedeschi and slide guitar virtuoso Derek Trucks along with an 11-piece ensemble. Joining them is blues and guitar legend B.B. King.

Three Dog Night: Even if mama told you not to come, you should probably still head to Primm to check out Three Dog Night at The Star of the Desert Arena where you can hear all of their hits like "Joy to the World."

Kaskade: After spending the night at Marquee Nightclub, Kaskade steps outside for some fresh air as he spins by the pool the next day at Marquee Dayclub.

Sex Panther: The Palms Pool & Bungalows welcomes champagne-spraying duo Sex Panther to spin by the pool for California Love.

Disco Fries: The duo of DJ Piklz & Danny Danger spin at Ghostbar Sundays.

Eric D-Lux: SKAM artist Eric D-Lux spins at The Bank at Bellagio.

Erick Morillo The DJ returns to Tao for another installment of his Labor Day Weekend party. Morillo is known for spinning the best in house music in venues in NYC and Ibiza.

Alie Layus: The Playboy Playmate has made a name for herself in the club world. Hear her tunes at Moon Nightclub.

DJ Steve Powers: Make sure you don't forget your phones so you can tweet about DJ Steve Powers at Liquid Pool's #socialsundays.

Paul Van Dyk: Berlin-based DJ and producer Paul Van Dyk will be spinning his blend of techno, trance and electronica at Haze Nightclub at Aria.

Tuff-N-Uff's Festibrawl: Fear not, fight fans – there will still be fights in Las Vegas this Labor Day weekend. Tuff-N-Uff returns to the South Point with a big lineup of five title fights, live music, a free beer sampling and a collection of Las Vegas' best gourmet food trucks for a one-of-a-kind "Festi-Brawl." Doors open at 5 p.m. and the fights begin at 7 p.m.

Calvin Harris: The Scottish DJ whose hit tracks include “Feel So Close” and the chart-topping collaboration with Rihanna, “We Found Love,” spins at Surrender along with an opening set by Burns.

Childish Gambino: Actor Donald Glover doubles as rapper Childish Gambino. When he's not entertaining the masses with his writing on 30 Rock or his acting on Community, he performs songs like "Bonfire" and "Heartbeat." Catch him at 1 Oak at the Mirage.

Sky Blu: Redfoo isn’t the only LMFAO-er with a Strip-side residency, as Sky Blu returns with to continue his own residency at Wet Republic.

Deadmau5: Wearing his signature mau5head, hopefully with a slathering of sunscreen, Deadmau5 will spin poolside at Encore Beach Club. Catch him in the evening at XS.

Benny Benassi: A night after his performance at Marquee, Benny Benassi spins at Tao.

Laidback Luke: The Dutch mix master spins at Wet Republic. Look forward to his singles like "Night Like This" and "We Are The Stars."
