Chandelier at the Cosmopolitan The Jennifer Keith Quintet, Mark & The Martinis and visiting performers take over the casino’s sparkling centerpiece for multi-set mini-residencies, playing out to the casino crowd from the stage behind the bar on the first level of Chandelier.

Petrossian Bar at Bellagio One of the great hotel piano bars is home to David Osborne, who has performed in the White House for all U.S. presidents dating to Jimmy Carter. Also in rotation are Vegas favorites Joey Singer and Peter Radd, among many others.

Tropicana Lounge Skye Dee Miles and her Skye5 backing band never disappoint in weekend gigs, which run until 2 a.m. at the open lounge at the entrance of Tropicana Theater. Miles has added four dancers in a show that features songs from the 1940s through last week.

T-Spot and Piazza Lounge at Tuscany Suites T-Spot features Kenny Davidsen’s Celebrity Piano Bar on Fridays from 10 p.m.-2 a.m. (Davidsen is also the piano host at Don’t Tell Mama on Fremont East), as well as the powerhouse BBR performance Alice, A Steampunk Fantasy in Wonderland on April 29, May 13 and May 20, currently the most lavish free production in the city. Laura Shaffer plays Piazza Lounge on Monday nights.

Orchid Lounge and Mizuya at Mandalay Bay Orchid is home to the man who dubs himself “the Voice,” Vegas stage vet Jimmy Hopper, as well as the swanky throwback presentation of T.J. Tyler Trio. Mizuya hosts several solid cover and tribute bands, chiefly the classic-rock cover band Phoenix and the heavily satirized “yacht rock” act Guilty Pleasures.

Rocks Lounge at Red Rock Resort Home to Zowie Bowie’s hip-hop and Top-40 shows for eight years, Rocks Lounge also rotates Franky Perez and the Dirty on alternating Thursday nights. Elvis Monroe also headlines on select dates.

Rush Lounge at Golden Nugget The recently renovated space that sent Frankie Moreno on his path to a showroom gig at the Stratosphere features Rock This Town nightly from 8 p.m.-2 a.m. The classic-rock act has spotlighted a series of great singers, including Savannah Smith of BBR and Vegas! The Show, Stephanie Calvert of Starship and Raiding the Rock Vault, former American Idol finalist Amanda Avila and Skye Dee Miles of the Tropicana and 1923 Bourbon & Burlesque by Holly Madison.

The Lounge at Excalibur Thursday through Sunday it’s the all-female rock band Dollface, from 9 p.m.-2 a.m.
