Breakfast With The Beatles’ is back on Las Vegas airwaves

Once again, we all live in a yellow submarine.

Dennis Mitchell’s Breakfast With The Beatles airs on more than 60 stations worldwide, but for the past six months the locally produced radio show has been without a home in its own hometown. Beginning February 8, however, Las Vegas listeners can once again tune in to the 23-year-old staple—Saturdays at 7 a.m. on KOOL 102.3-FM. The development comes at an ideal time for fans of the Fab Four, with Breakfast’s next three episodes focused on The Beatles’ three 1964 Ed Sullivan Show appearances. Tune in to hear complete audio, supplemental interviews and other rare clips.

“I’m thrilled and grateful that KOOL wants the show to be part of its observance of the 50th anniversary of Beatlemania,” says Mitchell, whose show got dropped from 106.9 KVGQ when that station switched formats last summer. “I’d been making the best of the situation, but it means so much to be on locally.”
