As We See It

Four names Guy Fieri should have gone with for his upcoming Vegas restaurant

Last week we learned that UNLV graduate-turned-Food Network star Guy Fieri had decided on a name for his soon-to-open restaurant at the Quad, going with the achingly simple Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar.

This from a dude who rocks bleached-blond spikes and flame-emblazoned shirts, operates a chain in California called Tex Wasabi’s and often rides the bus to “Flavortown”? We think Fieri can do better, so in the interest of being neighborly we offer these name suggestions for Guy’s Strip-side space:

Guy’s Big (Semi-Drunk) Bite Because it’s Guy Fieri … in Las Vegas.

Love, Peace and Taco Grease The man even screens the phrase onto his kitchenware line—and nothing says dinner like “taco grease.”

Ticket to Flavortown Because if anywhere deserves that nickname it’s Las Vegas—and imagine the tweets.

Dinner: Impossible Fieri is already a guest chef on this foodie show, and how about that New York Times review?
