Grab the popcorn! Huntridge Circle Park’s Cinema in the Circle film series begins April 10 with a screening of the Peter Pan story Hook.

Huntridge Circle Park's Cinema in the Circle series is back.

The family-friendly, picnic-style movie night kicks off April 10th with ​the Peter Pan story ​Hook,​ and continues through October, featuring G, PG and PG-13 films from the '70s, '80s and '90s.

The Great Outdoors starring Dan Aykroyd and John Candy screens June 12; An American Tail about Fievel the Mouse shows July 10; Rock 'N Roll High School, featuring the Ramones, plays August 14; the original Freaky Friday plays September 11; and Walk the Line, a chronicle of Johnny Cash's life, will be shown October 9th. Movies begin at sundown and concessions, including pizza and fruit, are sold starting at 6:30 p.m.

“We’ve been busy preparing for the 2015 film series and are excited about the variety of films we’re showing this season​," says Daniel Roberts, president of The Huntridge Foundation, which along with the West Huntridge Neighborhood Association organizes the series.​

"There’s something for everyone of every age to enjoy.”
