“I’m really fortunate to be invited and to be there on one of your biggest holidays and celebrate with you,” says the famous German DJ/producer Paul van Dyk. “Fourth of July weekend. This is all about freedom, this is all about democracy and these are my core beliefs. I think I’m a good guest to celebrate with.”
Playing both July 3 night at Tao and July 4 at Tao Beach, van Dyk says fans might enjoy checking out both sets. “Saturday night, it’s going to be full-on banging, probably something that people expect me to play. The other thing is, the 4th of July... the beach thing will probably be more kind of like a house-y, club-y, sunny something set, so they will be somewhat different, and it’s definitely something I’m really excited about. The thing is I have a really clear idea about the music and the sounds that I like to bring across, and it’s always down to the interaction with the audience.
