Vegas, get ready for a dose of “Ecstasy”—as in one of the hit club tracks by André Tanneberger, better known as ATB. He’s built quite a catalog since then and now ranks as one of the top DJ/producers in the world. Fresh off the release of Sunset Beach DJ Session, he’ll be taking over Rain nightclub every Saturday in August for a guest residency.

“I know that Las Vegas is really special,” says the German native ATB, who even renewed his wedding vows here. “Normally I play everywhere the same style of sets, but I have he opportunity to change my style in Las Vegas, to get more experimental, and this is what I really love.”

Playing guest spots in Vegas at Rain and Moon for the past few years, ATB says he’s really happy about the special residency and loves the feeling in Las Vegas. And who knows? Maybe for the producer will create a track specifically about this city for his next artist album that’s currently in the works. “It’s searching for ideas, searching for creativity,” says ATB. “By being on the road is that I always get some inspiration from everywhere I am.”

ATB chats about the continued success of “9 p.m. (Til I Come),” the reason he almost always wears white shirts while DJing, the perfect vocalist and why electronic dance music videos have a thing for metal suitcases in the Nocturnal Admissions podcast, available for free download here.

Music featured in this podcast from ATB's Sunset Beach DJ Session available on iTunes and Amazon.com.
