“Nervous? Why would we be nervous?” retorts male porn star D. Wise. “We’re just some happy-go-lucky people having sex.”

Soon, the cameras are on, and so is the action. Within seconds, the short-on-stature, long-on-member D. Wise is literally getting down on a pool table with Alexis and Morgan, two women both in their early 30s with hard, round boobs and bleached blond hair. Morgan’s husband directs the action and takes pictures while Alexis’ fiancé films.

The couple got into porn the way many do. Enthusiastic swingers, they would host regular three-day weekend parties – yea, that kind of party – with a large group of friends in New York City. They figured, "We enjoy sex, why not get paid for it?"

D. Wise, an ex-social worker from NYC, experienced a similar epiphany.

“Social worker, sex worker. Same initials, totally different work!” He prefers the latter.

After our interview Pink had plans for a foot fetish photo shoot at the house, and later that night a female friend was coming over to “play” (off camera) with her and her boyfriend.

While she could pass easily as the sweet sales rep next door, Pink loves BDSM, DP and group endeavors. Of all her work, she says she is most proud of Tearing it Up 2, in which she makes porn a sort of team sport.

Pink loves her job and said would do it indefinitely, but, she added a bit wistfully, “My looks are depreciating right about now.”

The job isn’t just good fun, it pays too: $300-400 to perform oral sex, $1,000-$1,400 for a regular boy/girl scene, $1,200-$1,600 for anal and other outside-the-norm activities. Pink is down for the “crazier” antics – think strap-ons and leather – that many other actresses aren’t.

She enjoys having sex on camera – except with the few male porn stars she “loathes” – and has achieved real orgasms on camera “a handful of times, which is a lot."

“Other times I fake it. ... But it’s not really about the woman; it’s all about the (money) shot.”

The only downside the actors mention are the health hazards (they have to show proof they are HIV-negative before every shoot) and porn stars’ notorious flakiness.

Otherwise, the actors all seem like your average, active married couples down the street. They are just abnormally uninhibited and not afraid to get what they want.

“If she can’t get enough, she calls the neighborhood security guard,” Mike Battle, Morgan Raye’s husband, freely shares with a smile.

As the threesome scene gets started, Morgan, Alexis and D. Wise hospitably invite me to join the pool table-side revelry. “The more the merrier!” they cheerily proclaim.

With my inhibitions still mostly intact, I watch. And they have no problem having fun without me.
