Lovebirds Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt reveled in his 24th birthday festivities last night and this morning here at the Hard Rock Hotel, and they also celebrated police locating some $2 million in jewelry stolen from Paris nearly two years ago!
Coincidentally, Paris’ former beau, Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden, also was at the Hard Rock this morning, but they didn’t bump into each other even though they were within a few yards. Benji was performing at Carey Hart’s Wasted Space and Paris was at Body English.
Our contributing photographer Erik Kabik was on hand to capture all of the fun and hijinx of the birthday bash, which included Paris and Doug playfully smooshing the cake into each other’s faces. They also had plenty of time for smooching when they went onto the dance floor wrapped in each other’s arms kissing, hugging and cuddling through the pre-dawn hours.
It was one busy weekend for the socialite hotel heiress and her sports-loving boyfriend. On arrival here Friday night, they traveled by limousine to the U2 and Black Eyed Peas concert at Sam Boyd Stadium, joining other celebrities including Sean Penn, Jessica Alba and her husband Cash Warren and former President Clinton and his daughter Chelsea -- click HERE for our coverage and photo galleries.
Yesterday, reality TV stars Paris and Doug had lunch with baseball legend Pete Rose at Caesars Palace, where he was appearing at the sports memorabilia store Field of Dreams for an autograph meet-and-greet session.
Then Paris steered Doug to Circus Circus for some birthday fun playing the amusement park arcade games, riding the roller coaster and shrieking through the Saw-themed haunted houses. “Really scary and awesome,” Paris tweeted, “but so much fun.”
Paris also was celebrating the Los Angeles Police Department locating most of her $2 million jewelry collection stolen from her home in 2008. On Friday, police had arrested burglars in break-ins at other stars’ Hollywood homes, including Lindsay Lohan, Audrina Patridge and Orlando Bloom, and discovered her gems, as well.
“Her stolen belongings have been identified and retrieved by her,” one of her pals said. “She didn’t get everything back, but fortunately, it’s most of them, especially the most treasured and important pieces. Paris is so happy and really pleased and thankful to the police.”
It was time to break out the Patron to celebrate the good news and toast Doug’s birthday. The happy, handsome glamour couple went out on the main floor among the crowd to dance and mingle with the party posse. They sang along to the music being spun by DJ Clinton Sparks for his Smashtime Saturday set, and spywitnesses told me that the twosome were inseparable kissing and smiling at each other all night long and that Paris and Doug never seemed happier together.
She took the mic and led a “Happy Birthday” sing-along to Doug before the sassy, stocking-clad Hard Rock hotties brought out a unique cake. They finger fed each other, and when Doug playfully smooshed the icing on her cheeks, it meant time for yet another sexy lick and a kiss! I won’t describe it in any more detail, except it obviously led to Doug getting a hullabaloo hallelujah of a birthday gift before sleep at 6 this morning!
Also spotted at the party on the dance floor with Paris and Doug were Fox stars Amaury Nolasco of Prison Break, who was there with Jennifer Morrison of House.
Paris and Doug are still in town, and we’ll have their continuing birthday adventures in tomorrow’s Vegas DeLuxe.
