The UFC is pulling out all the stops for the year-ending fight card taking place at FedEx Forum in Memphis. Hooters, 7155 S. Rainbow Blvd., 702-260-9464: There is no cover charge, though seats at the tables require you to spend a minimum on food and beverage of $10 per hour. Watch the fights on 36 42-inch HD TVs. Stadium seating will also be available on the patio, which will have heaters.
