Whether you are celebrating the holiday or not, you’ll probably be eating on Christmas Day so consider making a stop at one of the many local restaurants offering specialty holiday menus. Both on and off the Strip, enjoy all your seasonal favorites without the hassle of cooking or cleaning.

On Christmas Eve, Joe’s Stone Crab at the Forum Shops offers traditional fish dishes like Dover sole ($44.95) and Parmesan flounder (29.95) plus entrees like dry aged bone-in rib eye ($64.95) and chopped steak with mushrooms ($19.95) served with sides including mushroom mac and cheese ($9.95), grilled tomatoes ($9.95) and potatoes Lyonnaise ($10.95).

STK at Cosmopolitan offers a specialty dinner featuring beef Wellington with Italian white truffles on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, priced at $75 per person.

Silverado Steakhouse at South Point features a four-course dinner menu on Christmas Day from 2 – 10 p.m. The menu includes a selection of appetizers including shrimp cocktail, seafood Newburg or mini beef Wellington paired with a choice of soup or salad. Entrees include a choice of halibut Francaise, roasted duck, roasted turkey, filet mignon, chicken Oscar or roast prime rib of beef. Dessert choices include hazelnut mousse, eggnog cream pie or English plum pudding. The meal is $49 per person.

Primarily Prime Rib at South Point offers a Christmas Day menu from 2 – 9 p.m. Choices include roast turkey, roast prime rib of beef, chicken Francaise, black & bleu medallions of beef or sea bass Neopolitan. Each entrée is paired with a cream of chicken soup or winter salad. Dessert choices are eggnog cream pie, chocolate layer cake or warm apple brown betty with ice cream. The meal is $29.

Don Vito’s Italian at South Point offers a delicious three-course meal Christmas Day from 2 – 9 p.m. that features a crab stuffed halibut for $30, a roast turkey dinner for $32 and osso buco for $36. Each entrée is paired with an escarole and bean soup, mixed green salad or Caesar salad. Dessert options include eggnog cream pie, cappuccino cheesecake or cannoli.

Rampart Buffet

Rampart Buffet features a holiday meal with a variety of soups, specialty salads and a carving station with prime rib and roasted turkey. A chilled seafood bar, an American station and Italian station will also be included in the buffet. The special is available from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. for $16.99 per person.

The Promenade Café at Rampart offers a three-course dinner with a choice of traditional roasted turkey, pecan-crusted salmon or apricot-glazed ham paired with a cream of broccoli soup or winter-mix salad and a pumpkin or pecan tart for dessert. The special is available from 2 - 10 p.m. for $14.95 per person.

The Carmel Room at Rampart features a three-course holiday feast offering a holiday goose breast, grilled kurobuta pork chop or holiday surf and turf. The dinner will be served from 2 p.m. for $53 per person.

Ceres at Rampart will offer a Christmas Brunch featuring roasted turkey, maple-glazed ham, braised short ribs, baked rainbow trout, turkey veloute and made-to-order omelets in addition to a children’s buffet. The brunch special will be served from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. for $48 per person.

35 Steaks + Martinis at the Hard Rock offers a holiday prix fixe menu for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day featuring grilled asparagus salad with Serrano ham, an entrée choice of duck two ways or surf and turf and a choice of panettone bread pudding or chocolate hazelnut mousse cake. Specialty holiday cocktails include the peppermint stick martini with Absolut Vanilla, peppermint schnapps and white crème de menthe and the Nutcracker made with raspberries and Godiva White Chocolate mixed with Amaretto, Frangelico, Chambord and Smirnoff Raspberry Vodka.

Mr. Lucky’s Café at the Hard Rock offers a holiday prix fixe menu for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day featuring roasted chestnut soup, blackened prime rib of beef with sage stuffing and a peppermint bark sundae for dessert.

Pink Taco at the Hard Rock offers a holiday prix fixe menu for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day featuring avocado fries, caldo de res, shrimp relleno and open face tamales. Dessert options include sweet tamales and warm chocolate cake. Specialty holiday cocktails include the Mexican Mistletoe with Cazadores Silver Tequila, pomegranate juice and champagne and a Captain Morgan apple cider cocktail.

Terrible’s Hotel and Casino celebrates the season with a Christmas Day Dinner Buffet, served from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. Buffet highlights include peel and eat shrimp, tomato basil and cream of chicken soup, pork medallions with a wild mushroom sauce, salmon with brandy cream shrimp sauce, beer-battered cod, chicken cacciatore, baked ham, roast baron beef, roast turkey breast and barbecue brisket. The dessert station includes eggnog cheesecake, fruit pound cake and an array of pies including: pumpkin, apple, pecan, custard, strawberry shortcake cream pie and sugar free pies. The meal is $12.99 or $10.99 for players card holders.

The Bougainvillea Café at Terribles' offers a Christmas Day special served from 11 a.m. - 10 p.m. The meal includes a choice of soup or salad and a glass of house wine followed by a choice of three entrées including traditional roast turkey with corn bread stuffing, yams and giblet gravy, baked ham with grilled pineapple, or sliced lamb with currant jelly. Desert is a choice of eggnog cheesecake or deep dish apple pie. The meal is $9.99.

Sugar Factory's Peppermint Patty cocktail

Sugar Factory American Brasserie inside Paris offers a prix fixe dinner on Christmas Day. The holiday feast includes prime rib, a twice-baked potato and Brussels sprouts, priced at $34. For dessert, guests can enjoy an assortment of milk and cookies, priced at $10. Specialty holiday cocktails include a Peppermint Patty martini, spiced apple pie cocktail and a traditional hot toddie.

Society at Encore offers a special prix fixe holiday menu on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day including an appetizer of butternut squash soup, beef short rib with spiced wintergreens and a chocolate and Nutella yule log for dessert. The meal is priced at $54 per person.

Twin Creeks Steakhouse at the Silverton offers a three-course menu including seared scallop salad or lobster butternut squash soup, free range turkey with a foie gras stuffing, sage giblet gravy, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, haricot verts and cranberry pear relish. Dessert options include pumpkin cheesecake or a strawberry trifle. The menu is priced at $48 per person and is served from 2– 8 p.m.

Sundance Grill at the Silverton offers a choice of soup or salad to start. Entrees include a choice of prime rib, oven roasted tom turkey and baked pineapple ham all served with black eyed peas, apple sausage stuffing, mashed potatoes, giblet gravy and cranberry orange relish. For dessert, enjoy pumpkin or pecan pie. The meal is $18.95 per person and is served from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Seasons Buffet at the Silverton offers a full Christmas feast featuring traditional favorites like herb crusted turkey, honey-glazed ham, sweet candied yams and Yukon mashed potatoes. Also, Seasons Buffet is serving holiday favorites like prime rib, fried shrimp, cedar plank salmon and butternut ravioli. The meal is $26.99 per person or $24.99 per person with Silverton Rewards Club Card. Children 4 – 6 are half price. The meal is served from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Rí Rá Las Vegas offers Christmas dinner with all the trimmings featuring a choice of turkey and gravy served with a sage and onion stuffing, roasted potatoes, Brussels sprouts and carrot/parsnip mash or orange juice, clove and honey-glazed ham served with cranberry and almond stuffing, mashed potatoes and Jameson honey-glazed carrots, priced at $15.95. For dessert, try the eggnog cheesecake for $6.95.

Cabo Wabo Cantina at Miracle Mile Shops inside Planet Hollywood offers food and drink specials on Christmas Day. Guests can enjoy Sammy’s Beach Bar Tailgater cocktails made with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum for $9, $5 shots of Cabo Wabo Anejo Tequila, $21 buckets of domestic beer, $5 nachos, two-for-one house margaritas and two-for-one tacos.

To celebrate Christmas, Rao’s at Caesars Palace will offer its Feast of the Seven Fishes menu. Highlights include cioppino, lobster fra divolo, pan seared sea bass, chocolate pistachio yule log and chocolate covered cherry crème brulee. For reservations, call 731-7267.

Valentino inside the Venetian offers a prix fixe menu featuring jumbo lump crab salad with blood orange and petit greens, agnolotti del plin with truffle cream, spaghetti alla chitarra with lobster and roasted goose stuffed with duck and quail served over truffle mashed potatoes and panettone tiramisù with chocolate Bavarian cream. For reservations, call 414-3000.

Gold Spike in Downtown Las Vegas offers up a seasonal holiday feast featuring turkey, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing and apple pie. The meal is offered Tuesday through Thursday from 2 - 10 p.m. for $8.95 per person. The Gold Spike’s signature Prime Rib dinner is also available throughout the holidays for $6.99.

Rumor Boutique Hotel’s Christmas Dinner is a family-style three-course meal featuring items like warm duck confit salad, prime rib, scalloped potatoes, root vegetable ragout and cranberry compote. A vegetarian holiday menu is also available. To make a reservation, call 877-997-8667.

The Christmas Eve Buffet at the Resort on Mount Charleston is served with seatings at 12 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 3 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. The buffet features pomegranate-glazed lamb chops, prime rib and sausage and sage stuffing. The meal is $27.95 for adults and $15.95 for children 12 years of age and younger Or, you can book with the Resort for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and get a standard king or two queen guest room and two adult to both Christmas Eve and Day buffets for $350.

Trevi inside the Forum Shops at Caesars celebrates the season with a new holiday cocktail, the Happy Hollytini which includes vanilla vodka, peppermint schnapps and Bailey’s, priced at $9. Pastry Chef Hank Sbraccia has also created a special Christmas treat with his eggnog gelato, priced at $4.50 per scoop.

Serendipity 3 offers spiced eggnog ($12) plus other holiday items like roasted chestnut soup ($10), a jumbo turkey leg ($16), Santa’s lobster pasta ($26) and the Day After Christmas Sandwich ($16) with sweet potato fries. For dessert, try “A Naughty and Nice” ($12.50) ice cream sundae with hot apple pie, vanilla and butter pecan ice cream, warm caramel and whipped cream. The restaurant will be open Christmas Day from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Le Provencal at Paris offers a four-course Christmas menu featuring starters of chardonnay steamed clams or braised short rib, chestnut green apple bisque or baby spinach and frisée salad. Entrée choices include Kobe flat iron steak or pan seared duck breast followed by a dessert course of either sweet potato pecan pie or pumpkin crème brûlée.

Café Ile Saint Louis three-course Christmas menu includes choices of lobster bisque or a winter harvest chopped salad. Entrée options include herb butter basted chicken, roasted pork loin or seared loup de mar followed by dessert of either pumpkin cheesecake or traditional apple pie.

Le Burger Brasserie’s Christmas menu includes à la carte specials such as smoked duck salad, prime rib dinner with fingerling potatoes, carrots and grilled asparagus, a turkey burger with sweet potato fries or a lamb burger with seasoned steak fries.

Le Village Buffet’s holiday specialties include scalloped potatoes, green bean casserole, rotisserie spice duck, sage and sausage stuffing and yams with marshmallows plus carved-to-order items like roasted prime rib, glazed ham, pork loin and roasted turkey breast. The dessert station will include a wide selection of French-inspired pastries along with traditional holiday favorites. The buffet will be open Christmas Day from 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Bally’s Steakhouse offers a four-course menu featuring choices of smoked salmon, chestnut soup, duck terrine, Berkshire pork chop with sugar plums or prime rib of beef. For dessert, choose between sweet potato pecan pie or pumpkin crème brûlée.

Tequilla Bar & Grille and SideWalk Café offer three-course menus featuring main entrées of prime rib of beef or honey mustard pork roast.

KGB: Kerry’s Gourmet Burgers at Harrah’s offers an a la carte Christmas menu featuring cranberry apple salad ($9), a Christmas turkey burger ($16) and an eggnog milkshake ($7) topped with whipped cream. The restaurant is open Christmas Day from 11 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill offers a three-course menu including a choice of dinner salad or butternut bisque soup, roasted turkey with gravy, stuffing, sweet mashed potatoes, green beans and cranberry sauce, and conclude with either pumpkin or pecan pie. The meal is $21.99 per person and the restaurant is open Christmas Day from 11:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Flavors Buffet adds holiday items to its Christmas buffet including honey baked bone in ham, prime rib, traditional and dark meat turkey, halibut and salmon along with customary accompaniments like baked yams, mashed potatoes, dressing and dill potato salad. The dessert station includes a variety of traditional holiday pies. Breakfast will be served from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. for $17.99 per person. Holiday menus will be served from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. for $24.99.

Flamingo’s Tropical Breeze Café offers a choice of salad or chowder, roasted pork loin or turkey and pumpkin or pecan pie. The meal is $19.99 and the restaurant is open Christmas Day from 11 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Center Cut Steakhouse at Flamingo offers a four-course Christmas menu including a glass of wine plus salad, butternut squash and orange veloute with Maryland blue crab, a main course of roasted Sonoma organic free-range turkey with traditional accompaniments and dessert. The meal is $57.00 per person and the restaurant is open Christmas Day from 5 - 10 p.m.

Paradise Garden Buffet offers Christmas Day specialties like prime rib, pork loin, turkey breast and ham at its carving station. Breakfast is served from 7 - 11 a.m. and the holiday menu is available from 11a.m. - 10 p.m.

Embers Steakhouse at the Quad offers a three-course Christmas prix-fixe menu including choices of butternut squash bisque or autumn salad to start. Choose between carved white and dark meat turkey or roast pork loin for the main course followed by dessert. The meal is $41.00 per person and includes a glass of wine. The restaurant is open Christmas Day from 5 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Planet Hollywood’s Spice Market Buffet offers special holiday additions including slow-roasted prime rib, fire-roasted turkey, orange glazed Virginia ham, caramelized yams, salmon, pork medallions, green bean casserole, corn bread stuffing and more. The buffet holiday dinner will be served from 11 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.

Victorian Café at Bills Gamblin’ Hall & Saloon offers traditional favorites like butternut squash bisque or salad, roasted turkey dinner and pumpkin or apple pie. The restaurant is open Christmas Day from 11 a.m. - 10 p.m.
