Hubert Keller pairs special menu with his new cookbook

He’s a TV star, an author and a DJ, and oh yeah, Hubert Keller finds some time to be a world-class chef, too.

His new cookbook, Souvenirs: Stories & Recipes From My Life, is a global culinary tour complete with the chef’s most treasured recipes. Keller, who operates Fleur and Burger Bar at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, will host a special book signing and dinner event on November 2 at 7 p.m. at Fleur. The multi-course meal will spotlight a few of the delicious dishes detailed in the book.

Dinner is $85 per person, or $120 including your copy of the cookbook signed table-side by the man himself. Might as well drop an additional $30 on the optional wine pairing, right? For reservations and information, call 632-9400.
