As Las Vegas’ craft beer scene grows, we’re seeing more and more local brews pop up on taps and in fridges at local food establishments – from locally owned businesses like Metro Pizza to national chains like Buffalo Wild Wings.

And Denver-based Smashburger is taking it a step further – the “better burger” chain launched its Beer and Burger Pairing Menu on Thursday, an exclusive collaboration with local brewery Joseph James Brewing Company.

The seven pairings are available at all Las Vegas Smashburger locations, featuring each of Joseph James’ year-round brews. Each pairing was chosen by Joseph James’ brewmasters and Smashburger founder Tom Ryan.

“We’re fortunate to have found such a great local brewer in Joseph James," Ryan said in a company announcement. “Their craft beers pair great with our burgers. Anyone who is a fan of our burgers and this craft brew is sure to find something they will enjoy.”

The pairings include: the Classic Smash with a Craft American Lager, the Truffle Mushroom Swiss Burger with a Red Fox Russian Imperial Stout, the BBQ Bacon & Cheddar Burger with a Citra Rye Pale Ale, the Sin City Burger with a Weize Guy Hefeweizen, the Spicy Veggie Black Bean Burger with a Citra Rye Pale Ale, the Classic Chicken with a Fox Tail Gluten Free Pale Ale and the Avocado Club Chicken with a Hop Box Imperial IPA.
