Dining guide: Easter in Las Vegas 2015

You’re all done dyeing eggs and opening Easter baskets—now it’s time to eat. We’ve rounded up the best dining options so you can plan a memorable Sunday brunch or dinner. Just save room for all those chocolate bunnies.

Nothing says Easter like a Mediterranean feast. Lucky for you, Cleo at SLS plays host from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, with all-you-can-eat assorted pastries, eggs Benedict, waffles with sweet date syrup and fresh figs, Mediterranean sausage, Lebaneh, masabacha hummus, a shawarma station and more. $45, Sunday, April 5, SLS, 702-761-7612.

Caramelized cabbage and onions, aged Swiss, hollandaise and an English muffin—it’s Culinary Dropout’s corned beef Benedict, served up just for Easter in addition to the regular menu. Sunday, April 5, $12, Culinary Dropout, Hard Rock Hotel.

Don’t avoid Vegas’ most famous beer hall on Easter. Hofbräuhaus’ menu includes asparagus soup, herb crusted lamb chops, and Frischer Erdbeerkuchen, a homemade strawberry cake. Hofbräuhaus, Sunday, April 5, 4510 Paradise Rd., 702-853-2337.

Easter brunch at The Buffet at TI includes all of the holiday favorites, from carved leg of lamb to roast pork loin and apple-bacon Brussels sprouts to bread pudding. Treasure Island, Sunday, April 5, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., 702-894-7355.

Downtown, the Container Park is hosting a children’s petting zoo from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., followed by an adult Easter egg hunt with 200 eggs hidden throughout the park. Eggs will contain prizes, including Tito’s Handmade Vodka drinks, chocolate bunnies from JinJu Chocolates and a $500 Visa gift card. 707 Fremont St., 702-359-9982.

$4 glasses of champagne? You heard right. Pot Liquor serves up the bubbly all day, plus a special holiday brunch with eggs benedict and breakfast potatoes ($13) or an Easter dinner with smoked leg of lamb, roasted red bliss potatoes and garlic spinach ($20). Brioche French toast topped with almonds and filled with Orange Di Stefano Mascarpone—or an egg scramble made with prosciutto and smoked salmon. Shake Shack is rolling out a limited edition Chocolate Easter Egg Concrete, blended with vanilla frozen custard, salted marshmallow custard sauce and Mast Brothers chocolate chunks. Even better, ten random guests who purchase the Easter concrete will win a free burger. Better hop to it—it’s only available April 3-5. $5-$7, Shake Shack, New York New York.

Hash House A Go Go The "fresh farm food" restaurants add brunch and dinner specials to the menu for the holiday. Brunch options (served until 5 p.m.) include a lamb chop hash of crispy potatoes, lamb chops, roasted red peppers, spinach and goat cheese and eggs, a butterscotch almond pancake, ans the Roast Chicken Benny, served with spinach, mushrooms, roasted chicken and eggs over-easy. Hungry later in the day? A wedge salad, a Hash House Mixed Grill (a lamb chop, a chicken breast and boneless Ribeye) and grilled salmon. Multiple locations.
