If you thought the lineup at this year's Vegas Uncork'd by Bon Appétit looked a little slim, check this out: Ten new events have been added to the lineup for the ninth annual celebrity chef-studded culinary festival, set for April 23-26 at Aria, Bellagio, Caesars Palace and MGM Grand.

Among the new additions:

Emeril Lagasse will host two events, a Master Series Dinner at his MGM restaurant Emeril's New Orleans Fish House on April 23 and a poolside seafood extravaganza at MGM on April 25. Lagasse has not necessarily been a regular at Uncork'd, so these events should prove popular.

• The new Border Grill at the Forum Shops at Caesars gets into the act as chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger host a taco- and tequila-fueled Master Series Dinner on April 23 and a boozy brunch and cooking class event on April 25.

• Michelin-starred chef Ho Chee Boon teams up with Hakkasan wine director Christine Parkinson for a journey through the art of modern Cantonese cooking at Hakkasan at MGM Grand on April 25.

• Chefs Eric Klein, Dustin Lewandowski, Mike Tiva, Jorge Martinez, Matt Hurley, Nicole Erle and Kamel Guechida will come together on April 24 at Spago for a mega-feast dubbed "The Chefs of Wolfgang Puck: A Lunch Across the Empire." Sounds like a good one.

• Bravo's newest food competition show Best New Restaurant—hosted by Tom Colicchio—gets a turn in the Uncork'd spotlight on April 25 as the show's winning restaurant will host a pop-up, multi-course dinner at Caesars Palace.

Tickets for all events are now on sale at vegasuncorked.com.
