Potato chips, paychecks, puppies, and now Guy Fieri restaurants in Las Vegas ... one is never enough. Right?

The Food Network star, game-show host and restaurateur will bring his El Burro Borracho Mexican restaurant to the Rio in early 2016, taking the poolside place of former seafood restaurant Buzio's. Fieri's partnership with Caesars Entertainment already includes Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar at the Linq and a Burro Borracho (which loosely translates to "drunken donkey") at Harrah's Laughlin resort.

What's on the menu? Specialty margaritas and frozen boozy creations; chile-lime dusted chicharónnes with house-made molcajete salsa; "trash can" nachos with carne asada, carnitas or chicken; mahi mahi ceviche in crispy wonton taco shells; street tacos with various fillings including "lava rock" shrimp; beef machaca or al pastor bolillo sandwiches; enchiladas, burritos, chimichangas, fajitas and more.

Maybe, if you're lucky, the Vegas Borracho will also bring its own version of the Burro Gordo Challenge: a $30 burrito stuffed with shredded chicken, beef and carnitas, donkey sauce, salsa verde, cheese sauce, salsa molcajete and pico de gallo, cilantro rice, beans, cotija cheese, crema and chicharrónes ... and you probably get a prize of some sort if you finish it. As if it's not rewarding enough. Right?
