Rivea at Delano Las Vegas recently debuted a new cocktail pairing dinner series, a partnership with Proprietors LLC, the company behind the mixology at Rivea and the adjacent Skyfall Lounge. The first installment’s theme was Saint-Tropez, and a prime example of the pairings is ravioli a la Nicoise with a cocktail of Cocoa Nib Cynar, sweet vermouth and black salt. The next event, on February 5, will feature a winter black truffle theme. Tasting tickets to the four-course dinner cost $100 and can be purchased at delanolasvegas.com.
