Hubert Keller’s Fleur restaurant plays host to the local brewer with a five-course beer pairing dinner, including a roasted apricot tart with crispy duck confit and Hop Ride IPA and roasted venison with buttered plantains and Hauling Oats Oatmeal Stout. Mandalay Bay director of food and beverage (and Nevada’s first female cicerone) Sarah Johnson will team up with the Tenaya Creek guys to walk diners through each flavor. August 29, 7 p.m., $75.
