Jaleo chef Luis Montesinos roasts a whole pig every Sunday starting at 4 p.m., and you can eat it. A plate of cochinillo, served family style, costs $35, including crispy skin, pan con tomate, mojo verde and aioli sauce. The entire Jaleo menu is also available, so feast at will.
