This cocktail is not a classic daiquiri; it’s more like a mythical cult classic. Rumored to be Ernest Hemingway’s drink of choice during the Key West years, the drink is expectedly heavy on booze, light on sugar and strong enough to impress.

2 oz Atlantico Platino rum
1 oz lime juice
1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
1/2 oz grapefruit juice
Grapefruit slice for garnish
Lime slice for garnish
Maraschino cherry for garnish
