Though a fruity cocktail, the Kiwi Crush leans more tart and slightly sour in flavor, forgoing our sugary-sweet expectations, and creating something truly refreshing. The crisp quality of the vodka and liqueur compliment the tanginess of the kiwi and lemon juice, while the lemon-lime soda adds a splash of subtle sweetness.
Ingredients
1.5 oz SKYY Infusions Moscato Grape vodka
¾ oz St. Germain Liqueur
1 ripe kiwi, peeled and muddled
Juice of ½ lemon
½ oz lemon-lime soda
Dried kiwi slices from Dress the Drink Company for garnish
Method
Peel and muddle kiwi in shaker. Add vodka, St. Germain, lemon juice and fill with ice. Cover and shake well. Pour the contents of the shaker through strainer into a Collins glass over ice. Top with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with dried kiwi slices.
