Cocktail of the Week: St. Patrick’s Cool Aid

Green beer is great, but Jameson sure is better. For St. Patrick’s Day, one of our favorite libation-loving holidays, we’ve prepared a cocktail that combines the best qualities of the occasion itself: top-notch whiskey and light-hearted, campy fun.

Ingredients

1 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey

1 oz Crown Royal Regal Apple Whisky

1 bar spoon of Fireball Cinnamon Whisky

Fill up with Fever Tree Ginger Ale

1 lemon wedge

Sprig of mint for garnish

Method

Build drink over ice in a tall pilsner glass, starting with Jameson, Crown Royal and ginger ale. Stir and top with Fireball. Squeeze juice from the lemon wedge and drop into the drink. Garnish with fresh mint.
