The Gimli is made for the true cocktail aficionado, both active and aspiring. This drink is herbal and aromatic, oaky and dark, complex in flavor but easy to sip peacefully, glass after glass.

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. Crown Royal Black

¾ oz. Dry Sack Sherry

¾ oz. Marie Brizard Apry (apricot liqueur)

Dash of Australian Bitters Company Aromatic Bitters

Slice of orange for garnish

Sprig of rosemary for garnish

Method

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with ice and garnish with a slice of orange and a sprig of rosemary.
