Yep, back at SushiSamba again for the last in a series of kick-ass cocktails, this one incorporating the world's first super-premium ginger liqueur, Domaine de Canton, which is currently tearing up the autumn cocktail charts. Something to think about when you're trying to figure out what sort of dish you're going to bring to that potluck Thanksgiving dinner. Me, I'm bringing a bartender.

Ingredients and method:

1.5 oz. Montecristo Spiced Rum

.25 oz. Domaine de Canton

1 oz. pear juice

Drizzle caramel sauce in a martini glass. Combine all ingredients over ice in a tin, shake, and strain into a chilled martini glass drizzled with caramel sauce. Top with fresh whipped cream, sprinkle with crushed candied pecans and serve.
