High West Distillery & Saloon, Park City, UT $29.99

Like last week’s cocktail, Vodka 7000 comes to you from High West, Utah’s first legally licensed distillery since the end of Prohibition and the world’s only ski-in distillery. Park City’s unofficial-official spirits, High West’s Vodka 7000 keeps Sundancers in the right frame of mind; the locals ask for it by name!

Distilled at exactly 7,000 feet, it’s the world’s only oat vodka. The full-bodied mouthfeel and subtle nutty flavor come from sweet, locally grown Utah oats and mineral-rich snowmelt (think Pellegrino) distilled in a copper pot still using 1800s recipes. The peach version incorporates four Utah peaches into every bottle. Vodka 7000 is poured in Vegas at the Golden Nugget and at Bouchon in the Venetian. Love thy neighbor!
