Real life, present Vegas: Our city peddles sin, but identifies it as such. The moral line is clear, but we choose to overstep it for business and for pleasure.
Fallout: New Vegas: No line whatsoever. The closest thing to a moral code is this: The good guys are the ones you’re currently aligned with.
I’m well into the game, and here’s what I’ve learned so far: 1. Most people and people-like beings (ghouls, zombies, humanoid robots) will help you out, if you help them out, too. 2. Always carry with you some iguana-on-a-stick. Ya never know. 3. By 2281, Vegas still won’t have a serious professional sports team.
Overall, I’m still loving F: NV. Except when it glitches, which is often.
Stay tuned for Part 3.
