This sangria is made-to-order and only available by the pitcher, as an entire bottle of prosecco goes into the fruity and utterly refreshing concoction. The alcohols marry beautifully, infusing the fresh berries with loads of flavor—a sweet snack for after the last sip. $48 per pitcher.

4 oz. M&R Rossato Vermouth
2 oz. Bacardi Dragon Berry
.5 oz. lime juice
1.75 oz. pineapple juice

Method:Combine all ingredients except prosecco in a pitcher with ice and fresh fruit. When ready to serve, pour in prosecco tableside, stir and let it sit for at least 3 minutes.

Warning: Made with 100 percent corn whiskey, this drink doesn’t mess around. Orange and pineapple juices blend extremely well, and the agave nectar (a sweetener made from the same plant as tequila) really helps mask the Moonshine. 2 oz. Original Moonshine corn whiskey
1.5 oz. orange juice
1.5 oz. pineapple juice
.75 oz. agave nectar
.5 oz. lime juice
.25 oz. grenadine

Method: Mix all ingredients over ice. Garnish with pineapple.

Method: Muddle mint leaves. Combine with ice and first four ingredients and shake. Pour into iced glass and top with splash of soda. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.
