A chilled, refreshing treat is almost necessary in the sweltering Vegas heat—and there are plenty of places around town where you can quench your thirst with scrumptious, summery drinks. Whether you’re raving at a dayclub or lounging poolside at home, these luscious libations will help you weather the next two months in style.

Sparkling Sangria at Marquee Dayclub

This sangria is made-to-order and only available by the pitcher, as an entire bottle of prosecco goes into the fruity and utterly refreshing concoction. The alcohols marry beautifully, infusing the fresh berries with loads of flavor­—a sweet snack for after the last sip. $48 per pitcher.

Ingredients

Served by the pitcher

1 bottle Martini & Rossi Prosecco

4 oz. M&R Rossato Vermouth

2 oz. Bacardi Dragon Berry

.5 oz. lime juice

1.75 oz. pineapple juice

2 oz. Pom Wonderful

Fresh fruit

Method:Combine all ingredients except prosecco in a pitcher with ice and fresh fruit. When ready to serve, pour in prosecco tableside, stir and let it sit for at least 3 minutes.

Warning: Made with 100 percent corn whiskey, this drink doesn’t mess around. Orange and pineapple juices blend extremely well, and the agave nectar (a sweetener made from the same plant as tequila) really helps mask the Moonshine. Unsurprisingly delicious, its also totally refreshing and available by the glass or the pitcher. $14, $68 per pitcher.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Original Moonshine corn whiskey

1.5 oz. orange juice

1.5 oz. pineapple juice

.75 oz. agave nectar

.5 oz. lime juice

.25 oz. grenadine

Pineapple

Method: Mix all ingredients over ice. Garnish with pineapple.

Mojitos scream summer, and with this cocktail Ra takes the Cuban classic to a new tropical level. The cool coconut immediately attacks your taste buds, with the refreshing tang of lime at the tail end. $8.

Ingredients:

6 mint leaves

1 oz. Ciroc coconut

.5 oz. coconut rum

1 oz. pineapple juice

.25 oz. cream of coconut

Soda

Sprig of mint (for garnish)

Lime wedge (for garnish)

Method: Muddle mint leaves. Combine with ice and first four ingredients and shake. Pour into iced glass and top with splash of soda. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.

Ingredients:

1 oz. Tyku liqueur

4 oz. lemonade

Splash of soda

Lemon wedge (for garnish)

Cherry (for garnish)

Method: Combine all ingredients and serve over ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge and cherry.
