Las Vegas Halloween Parade Every weekend Downtown could be considered a parade, but on Monday a crew of costumed characters will take over the streets for a decidedly colorful occupation. Come walk with the Weekly. October 31, 7 p.m., lineup starts at 6 p.m. at 4th and Hoover Ave. .
