Zarkana Cirque continues to dominate Strip entertainment, and its latest creation is an acrobatic feast. Tightropes to trapezes, it’s an explosive tribute to human strength, grace and daring. Preview shows November 1-4, 7 & 8; times vary, $62-$167, Aria.

Zoppé—An Italian Family Circus It started as all good stories do, with a young street performer and an equestrian ballerina falling in love on the streets of Budapest and running away to start their own circus. And 170 years later, the one-ring family circus still wows with an intimate, classic show. November 1-4, times vary, $25-$50, Smith Center’s Symphony Park.

City Lights The Henderson Symphony Orchestra has done it for the past two years, and now the Las Vegas Philharmonic is taking on the task of providing live accompaniment for a classic silent film, as the HSO’s own Taras Krysa conducts the score to Charlie Chaplin’s City Lights. November 3, 8 p.m., $25-$94, Smith Center’s Reynolds Hall.

Minus the Bear with Cursive Seattle meets Omaha when these indie-rock mainstays—both touring behind 2012 albums—team up. Oh yeah, Texas is representing, too, in the form of San Antonio support act Girl in a Coma. November 7, 6:30 p.m., $23-$26, Hard Rock Cafe (Strip).

Stone Crab at the Flame Throughout November, the El Cortez steakhouse will offer a fresh jumbo stone crab dinner on Friday and Saturday nights: $28 per pound of the sweet stuff, plus cottage fries and coleslaw, while supplies last.

Labor Wines & Local Swine Nove Italiano’s latest Sunday Feast features a four-course meal focused on fall flavors highlighting pork from Pahrump-farmed heritage pigs paired with Labor Wines of the Willamette Valley. November 4, 6 p.m., $75.
