Dance your way fit with the Jabbawockeez School of Dance

It’s official: I will never be a Jabbawockee.

This failing is entirely my own; The Jabbawockeez School of Dance DVDs gave me nothing but motivation and clear instruction. I made it through the Top Rocks: Coordination and Balance DVD (hosted by Kid Rainin, Cristyle, KB, B-Tek and Phi), and by the end of the eight-part, eight-count sequence, I had the moves down. The trouble is, there’s a difference between executing dance moves and executing them with style. My girlfriend pointed as much out after seeing my 64-bar performance. Hopefully, as I move on to the second DVD: Kaboom: Syncopation and Timing, I’ll pick up some style. If not, well, at least I got my day’s cardio in.

Jabbawockeez School of Dance DVDs are available at jbwkzdvd.com. Each one costs $14.95, or you can get the whole set of five for $39.95.
