Hot to squat: Ciara makes deep knee bends look (really) good. Catch her at Haze on Thursday.

Las Vegas Weekly’s Party on the Patio at PBR Rock Bar We’re big fans of happy hour here at the Weekly, and if you’re reading this, then you probably are, too. Join us this Thursday for the launch of our after-work happy hour series. The weather should be perfect for a few alfresco cocktails on PBR’s Strip-side patio, so come score some free Patrón on us! March 28, 7 p.m., RSVP at lasvegasweekly.com/rockbar.

Vino Thursdays at Hyde If tequila is too rich for your blood (see above), consider hitting Hyde’s patio on Thursday to take in the Bellagio fountains, some live music and a few free glasses of wine. Pop-rocker Ryan Cabrera supplies an acoustic set for the occasion—remember him from The Ashlee Simpson Show? Well, we do ... March 28, 7 p.m., free entry.

Ciara at Haze The beats will be automatic, supersonic, hypnotic, funky and fresh at the Aria nightspot Thursday, when Ciara takes the mic for a special performance. Show the hip-hop artist how you “1, 2 Step.” In the booth: resident DJ Karma. March 28, doors at 10:30 p.m., $50 men, $20 women.

Dan Reynolds (of Imagine Dragons) DJ set at Body English With two radio hits (“It’s Time” and “Radioactive”) still charting, appearances on Leno and Letterman and the wrapping of the U.S. leg of their world tour just last week, you could say Vegas rockers Imagine Dragons have made it big. After playing a sold-out show at the Joint in February, lead singer Dan Reynolds returns to the Hard Rock for a Friday night DJ set at Body English. March 29, doors at 10 p.m., $30 men ($20 locals), $20 women ($10 locals).

All jacked up: Afrojack rocks the party at Surrender.

Tommy Trash at Wet Republic The weather is perfect for some daytime debauchery, right? After extensive renovations (check out that DJ booth!), MGM’s party pool kicked off its sixth season last Friday. Wet ups the ante this weekend with a special set by Australian electro beatmeister Tommy Trash on Saturday. Also in the booth: DJ Gusto. March 30, doors at 10 a.m., $50 men, $30 women.

Rita Ora at Tao Looking to “Party and Bullsh*t” this weekend? The English recording artist scored radio gold with her dancefloor anthem “How We Do (Party)” and followed the lead single with an album chock-full of impressive collaborations (Drake, The-Dream and Will.i.am, to name a few). Here’s hoping she steals the mic during her hosting gig this Saturday. March 30, doors at 10 p.m., $30 men, $20 women, local ladies free.

For the Ladies at Ghostbar Calling all romantic ladies, single babies and sophisticated mamas! It’s ladies’ night (and the feeling’s right) every Wednesday at Ghostbar, where the fairer sex receives 50 percent off drinks and $100 bottles. This edition features beats by local DJ Lisa Pittman and a Fergie Footwear gifting suite. Girl power, indeed. April 3, doors at 8 p.m., $25 men, ladies free.

Afrojack at Surrender The Grammy-winning resident DJ scored his latest hit teaming up with Chris Brown, and you’ve likely heard the track (“As Your Friend”) all over the airwaves. Afrojack returns to the Encore Wednesday, spinning for the nightclub’s industry bash. April 3, doors at 10:30 p.m., $40 men, $30 women.
