This Sunday, XS nightclub celebrates the grand reopening of its after-dark pool party, Night Swim. Along with the bash comes a new offering of signature cocktails served by the pitcher, because one glass just isn’t enough when splish-splashing to the beats of young Dutchman Afrojack.

Playing off the signature design of the swank Encore club, Branno V. Kent and bar manager Hedia Nouira created the Golden Pillar ($175 per pitcher) to reflect the beauty of the space. Subtle jasmine, florals and honey-almond from Hennessy Black have an aromatherapy-like calming effect invigorated by bright orange Cointreau and a generous squeeze of fresh lemon. Add a pop of ginger ale on top, and you can rock any party 24-karat style.

Ingredients:

7 oz. Hennessy Black

3 oz. Cointreau

1 oz. simple syrup

splash ginger ale

juice from 2 lemons

Method: Add ice, Hennessy, Cointreau and simple syrup to a pitcher. Squeeze the lemons and top with ginger ale.
