The menu at this Tivoli Village destination reads expensive: USDA Prime and Wagyu steaks cooked over red oak, small plates of grilled octopus and bone marrow carne asada, Colorado lamb porterhouse chops served with peewee potatoes, dried apricots and violet mustard. But then the bill comes and it feels like something must be missing. It must cost more to eat this well. Or not? Shhhh. Don’t tell. Tivoli Village, 702-489-3525. Mon-Fri, 11 a.m.-11 p.m.; Sat & Sun, 9 a.m.-11 p.m.
