The Legends of Hip-Hop Opinions surely vary about how many of this bill’s rappers—DMX, EPMD, Big Daddy Kane, Naughty by Nature, Biz Markie, Slick Rick, Black Sheep and Rob Base—qualify as true “legends,” but surely we can all agree to throw our hands in the air and wave ’em like we just don’t care.
