Louis Osteen’s low-country cooking, from South Carolina, is a doozy. At his casual Town Square restaurant, which features a full-service bourbon bar, you’ll feast on fare such as she-crab soup, barbecued shrimp, a terrific pulled-pork sandwich and desserts like malted-milk-ball Bundt cake.
