2 oz. vodka
2 oz. sake
1 oz. grenadine
1 oz. lime juice
Garnish with 2 lemon wedges, 2 cherries, 2 lime wedges and at
least 2 straws
Renamed Disco Ball Punch for Ra Sushi’s recent three-year anniversary, the Tsunami Punch packs a wallop every bit as big as its name implies. Not to mention the glass is nearly as large as a disco ball, to boot. The music was blaring and so were the psychedelic polyester outfits and wigs on Wednesday, November 14 when Ra Sushi transformed itself and its menu into a disco wonderland. Bartender Tim Shea’s (Ra Sushi Old Town Scottsdale) creation, the Tsunami has been on Ra’s menu since day one and is built to serve at least two psychedelic kats and kittens. But beware—it’s almost as sweet as it is large!
