Spanish dancing

Olé! Nevada Ballet Theatre goes to Spain for the full-length Don Quixote. Loosely based on the Cervantes novel, it is a story of two sweethearts, Basil and Kitri. Love, drama and comedy all in a package, plus Don Quixote and Sancho Panza as a running gag. Lots of flirty fan action for Spanish flavor. For the retro set, it ends with a couple of really cool solos featured in the film Turning Point. October 5-6 at 8 p.m.; October 6 at 2 p.m.; October 7 at 1 and 4:30 p.m. Tickets are $29–$72. Nevada Ballet Theatre, 243-2623.
