0.5 oz. Stoli Oranj Vodka
Splash fresh orange juice
Splash ginger ale
Muddled huckleberries

This town is big enough for two new interpretations of the classic cocktail the Old Fashioned, historically a combo of Bourbon whiskey, bitters, soda water and a sugar cube (as defined in an 1806 newspaper). Last week’s New Fashioned subbed simple syrup for a cube, seasonal fruit for the traditional orange, lemon or cherry garnish. Wolfgang Puck’s mixologists took a crack at the drink for the Comedy Festival, held at Caesars Palace November 14-17, their mega-revision introducing peach schnapps, orange-flavored vodka, OJ, ginger ale and huckleberries, keeping only the whiskey intact
