Techno producer/DJ Richie Hawtin played more than three hours for a packed Marquee on October 26, the Cosmopolitan megaclub’s first successful experiment with an afterhours event.

Grammy-winning R&B artist The Dream put on a rousing set on Chateau’s rooftop venue on October 26. The singer performed “Shawty is a 10” and three other hits. Later in the night, The Dream passed glasses of champagne to his fans, while his group partied with guests into the early hours.

Pure had a Halloween-themed performance by Blink-182’s Travis Barker and DJ Mix Master Mike that same night, the pair sporting skull face paint that complemented the club’s own eerie ambiance. Mix Master Mike kicked things off, with Barker hopping on the drums shortly after and joining the Beastie Boys collaborator for a set of high-energy Top 40, rock, punk and hip-hop mashups.

Indie-pop act Haim was spotted at Lavo after the Life Is Beautiful festival on Sunday night. The trio danced into the morning hours at a VIP table to the sounds of DJ Vice. Alana Haim, the youngest of the three sisters in the group, told the LIB audience earlier in the day that she’d never been to Las Vegas as a 21-year-old.
