On Memorial Day Weekend, Victor Drai will raise the roof in Las Vegas. Or is it the bar? Actually, it’s both.
Drai’s Beach Club and Nightclub is slated to open in May on the roof of the Cromwell, Caesars Entertainment’s boutique revamp of Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo.
The 65,000-square-foot venue will feature a party pool and indoor/outdoor nightclub spread over two levels. The lower level includes two main pools with seating, as well as 10 VIP bungalows and cabanas, each with its own mini-pool. One level up, 15 VIP cabanas and a private pool with five bungalows will boast center-Strip views of one of Vegas’ most entertaining intersections. Each VIP bungalow has its own shower and bathroom, welcome amenities, while the rest of us can lounge on 40 poolside daybeds during sun-baked party marathons.
“I’m going to usher in a new era for nightlife and day life in Las Vegas,” Victor Drai said via release. “The mega-clubs have become nothing more than large music venues for million-dollar DJs. We are creating a 360-degree experience. Wherever you turn you will be awed by the design, the technology, the music, the service and most importantly, the experience. We have designed the club to be visual, sensual, sexy and social.”
