If you haven’t locked down your $2,000 Super Bowl XLVIII tickets yet, chances are you won’t be at MetLife Stadium on Feb. 2 to see the Denver Broncos take on the Seattle Seahawks (and shiver uncontrollably). But Vegas has big game parties that will bring you so close to the action, you might forget you’re not in New Jersey—that is, until you remember you’re wearing shorts in February. Now, isn’t that better?

Surrender Nightclub The Encore club opens at 2 p.m., with tricked-out table and bottle service packages including the $35,000 “Hail Mary,” which comes with seats for 20, four bottles of booze, 24 Coors Lights and one bottle of Armand De Brignac. Not in your budget? Try the “Field Goal,” for two to four people hankering for a bottle and a bucket of Coors Light ($750), or the “First Down,” which offers a limited open bar for $100. Encore, 770-7300.

Culinary Dropout The gastropub revs up the testosterone for the big game with all-you-can-drink MANmosas (orange vodka, wheat beer and orange juice) for $20. We suggest pairing ’em with CD’s soft pretzels and provolone fondue. Hard Rock, 522-8100.

Lavo & Tao Lavo teams up with BroBible.com for the 2014 Lavo Bowl, while Tao kicks off the inaugural Tao Bowl. Both include a three-hour open bar ($65 at Tao; $85 at Lavo) and gourmet buffet, which can be purchased together or separately. 1 p.m. Tao, Venetian, 388-8338; Lavo, Palazzo, 791-1800.

South Point Keep it local during the Super Bowl by catching the big game at any of the property’s five viewing parties at the Sports Book, Grand Ballroom, Napa Room, Showroom or Exhibit Hall. No matter where you decide to settle in, enjoy food and drink specials, like $5 Patrón margaritas and $1 hot dogs. 10:30 a.m. 796-7111.

Social House Game day-inspired bites like yuzu-chili chicken wings and kobe beef sliders top the list, but we’re especially excited for the sake bomb touchdown giveaway, where guests get a free sake bomb for every touchdown their team scores. Kanpai! Noon. Crystals, 736-1122.

Due Forni Walk-ins are welcome at the third annual Foodie Bowl, but if you want to chow down on bites like turkey meatball sliders and short rib lasagna, we’d suggest making a reservation. 2:30 p.m. 3555 S. Town Center Drive #105, 586-6500.

Sapphire The topless hangout offers multiple packages for game day viewing that include things like transportation to the club, tailgate buffet and raffles, HD screens and really attractive company. 1 p.m., $75-$150. 3025 S. Industrial Road, 869-0003.

Blondies The sports bar’s cheerleader-costume-clad waitresses are a nice perk, but the top-shelf open bar and premium buffet are the real kicker. 1:30 p.m. Miracle Mile Shops, 737-0444.

Casa Di Amore Casa Di Amore’s Super Bowl party changes locations this year, bringing the celebration to the ballroom of perennial football fave LVH, so it can accommodate droves of fans. For $150, touch down at the bar for all-inclusive drinks and get your grub on at the buffet. Plus enjoy entertainment by showgirls and a drumline, and ride to the party on the Monorail, which stops right outside the hotel. LVH, 742-3416.

Dom DeMarco’s Pizzeria & Bar Watch the game on one of Dom’s 10 LCD TVs while quenching your thirst with half-off drafts and wine from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. When hunger strikes, Dom’s meatballs, calamari, eggplant pizzettes, French fries and wings should keep you satisfied. 9785 W. Charleston Blvd., 570-7000.

Aliante Casino Take advantage of Aliante’s all-you-can-eat buffet at $25 per person inside the ETA lounge and Race & Sports Book. The casino-resort’s game day celebration starts at 2 p.m. and features tailgate faves like hot dogs, bratwurst and chicken wings, as well as $15 Budweiser beer buckets, $5 cocktails and Ketel One Vodka bottle service available for $100. 692-7777.

JW Marriott Football fans can purchase a wristband ($39 with a Resort Rewards Card, $49 without) granting access to big game viewing parties and all-you-can-eat and drink food and beverage stations. 11 a.m. wristband registration, doors open at 2 p.m. 869-7777.

Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza All five Sammy’s locations are offering a 20 percent discount on take-out orders for Super Sunday, and the Green Valley and Sahara locations are extending happy hours until the end of the game.

MTO Café The recently-opened Downtown spot is extending its hours, which means more time to chow down on Hangover Burgers and Queso Carne sandwiches while drinking bottomless mimosas and bloody marys ($15). 500 S. Main St. 380-8229.

Carmine’s For $50 each, the Italian eatery inside the Forum Shops offers a buffet and open-bar drink package (from 1:30 p.m. to halftime) during game day. The buffet includes scarpariello chicken wings, sausage and peppers, and spaghetti and meatballs. Want to watch the game at home? Carmine’s offers take-out with wings (24 for $31.95), half or full orders of eggplant parmigiana or lasagna and more. 473-9700.

Allegro The classic Italian-American restaurant at Wynn presents an all-you-can-eat menu featuring meatball sliders, chicken wings, mini-chicken Parmesan sliders, mini-sausage and peppers sliders, pizzas, truffled fries and more for $105 per person. 2 p.m. 770-2040.

Gilley’s Tip your hat to the Western-themed bar before indulging in the all you-can-eat buffet with a Texas nacho bar, chili cart, BBQ pork sliders, draft beers and well cocktails for $125 per person. 2 p.m. TI, 894-7369.

Margaritaville Enjoy the big game in cheeseburger paradise. For $225, you get access to an open bar, New York strip carving stations, mini cheeseburgers, bacon wrapped scallops and crab cake sliders fit for a parrot head—and of course, the game. 3:30 p.m. Flamingo, 733-3302.

Pure Nightclub Catch the game on one of 18 HD televisions and get in on the Bud Light cocktail specials before diving into tailgate treats like focaccia pizza and BBQ pork sliders. 1 p.m. Caesars Palace, 731-7873.

Hyde Nightclub Watch the game from the sidelines of the Bellagio fountains, complete with an open bar from 2-5 p.m. and plenty of plasma TVs to get in on the action. $150. Bellagio, 693-8700.

Tacos & Tequila Chips and salsa, chicken wings, quesadillas, tacos and of course, muchas cervezas. It’s all part of Tacos & Tequila’s Mexican-style tailgate party, priced at $75 per person. 3 p.m. Luxor, 262-5225.

Cabo Wabo Build your own nachos, fill a plate at the all-you-can-eat-buffet and grab a cold one (or a bucket) before watching the game on one of the cantina’s many HD TVs. $200. Planet Hollywood, 385-2226.
