Perhaps even better in liquid form than the 2006 James Bond flick of the same name, the Casino Royale, property master mixologist John Dupont’s menu leader, is a broad adaptation on the Kir Royale—blackcurrant liquor topped with champagne—and is conveniently packed with antioxidants.

Ingredients & Method:

1 oz. Van Gogh Açai Blueberry vodka

0.5 oz. Pama Liqueur

1 oz. each fresh blueberry and pomegranate juices

0.5 oz. Bouvet Rose sparkling wine

Combine vodka, Pama and juices in a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Float sparkling wine on top. Garnish with blueberries and a lemon twist.
