There’s a holiday coming up?! Time to visit Noir Bar’s Ken Hall, the holiday-cocktail go-to-guy who created this drinkable dessert. The Chocolate-Covered Cherry is as delectable as it sounds. The trick: By employing three sources each of cherry and chocolate, Hall achieves impressive depth.

Ingredients

0.75 oz. maraschino cherry juice

0.75 oz. heavy whipping cream

0.75 oz. chocolate syrup

0.75 oz. Alchemia Wild Cherry vodka

0.75 oz. Alchemia Chocolate vodka

0.75 oz. Cherry Heering cherry liqueur

0.75 oz. Godiva Milk Chocolate liqueur

Method

Combine ingredients over ice, shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with grenadine and cocoa. Add a dusting of cocoa powder on top. Garnish with three maraschino cherries drizzled with chocolate syrup

1 oz. champagne or sparkling wine

Method

Combine first three ingredients over ice, shake gently, strain into a chilled martini glass with a sugared rim and top off with champagne. Garnish with a fresh blackberry.

1 oz. fresh passion fruit juice

1.2 oz. cranberry juice

Method

Combine juices over ice, shake and strain into a champagne flute. Top off with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist.

Ingredients

2 oz vodka

2 oz Skyy Raspberry Vodka

1.5 oz Soho Lychee

1 oz Sake

1 oz Triple Sec

.5 oz Black Raspberry Liqueur

Pineapple juice, lemonade and lemon-lime soda.

Method

Combine ingredients in a mixing tin and fill with equal parts pineapple juice, lemonade and lemon-lime soda. Pour into a fishbowl filled with ice. Garnish with fresh raspberries. Available only through Valentine's Day.
